Booking Conditions

Unless stated otherwise, SEBASTIAN TOURS & TRANSPORT requires a deposit to be paid latest 7 days prior to your scheduled departure. Deposit amount and method of payment will be sent to the client when confirming the reservation. The balance is payable directly to the diver upon pick up, in cash only (CZK, EUR, USD, AUD, SGD). Exceptions apply for our regular clients or when booked at last minute.

No need for any vouchers - once your booking has been confirmed, all you need is to present your name upon pick up. That´s it.

And remember - once booked we do not make changes to your reservation, other companies might.

Cancellation policy

All cancellations or modifications must be made in written form (email) and confirmed by Sebastian Tours & Transport. The client is entitled to cancel / modify the confirmed booking free of charge up until 7 days prior to scheduled transfer. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the scheduled transfer as well as "No Shows" will forfeit the deposit.
